"These jumps are from DC, which itself isn't super unique but the reason why I love them so much is because my sister (Laura) came to visit me in DC with our Japanese cousin Saya.  This was her first trip to America as she's lived her whole life in Japan.  Our grandparents told her if she learned English she could make a trip to visit us for her high school graduation present.  After being in DC for only about 24 hours she said she wanted to move here haha :)

So ... We Jump Because:  We're in DC.  We're meeting our cousin from Japan. We're celebrating Saya's first trip to America!" -Kristin, Saya, and Laura

Bald Trip, Jump! 08/11/2010

Picture
"Ruslan and M. (father and son) have started their second "Bald Trip" this June. They ride their bikes through the Chinese "wilderness." The first "Bald Trip" took place last July and August 2009. I want to share their experience with JumpBecause readers, through the pictures, because the description is mostly in Russian.

They start from Shenzhen and in 8-9 days will get to Guilin, where M's part of the trip will have finish. Yangshou (Guilin) is a very popular spot among the tourists. Then Anton will continue the hard part of the trip together with Ruslan.

We jump because it is jumping beautiful to watch the sunset from here!" -Submitted by Wei
