"my name is Hugo, and I launch my world tour project today.
I want to jump all around the world and come back with a huge Jump-album.
I am a big fan of "JumpBecause" but I never posted on this site because I wanted to keep the pictures I have already took till the launch of my project...

For this first time I give you my favorite jumping picture: It was taken in the countryside of Tibet where we met with my friend incredible people. The "gompa" we can see in the back ground is "Garze" and there is 500 monks studying here. They are under Chinese authority surveillance and they tried to explain us how they were threaded and how the Tibetan culture is progressively disappearing... we drunk Yak tea with them and had a great moment!" -Hugo

Giving Thanks 2011: Challenge + Contest Winner

In November of 2011, we asked jumpers to submit a photo that kept the spirit of Thanksgiving and this quote in mind:

This photo above, sent in by Rick from Utah, was chosen as the winner of this JB Challenge + Contest! His submission features his family, who was celebrating their first Christmas together in 5 years. As Rick put it, "That was a moment worth jumping." Jump Because... For a Cause!

In June 2010, JumpBecause hosted a Potluck-for-a-Cause fundraiser to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. People brought amazing food, made fun crafts, participated in a raffle, and listened to great local music... and of course JUMPED! Check out the highlights of our fundraiser on the "Causes" page.

Jump Because in MSU Alumni Magazine

Jump Because was interviewed for the Michigan State University Alumni Magazine (Winter 2010 issue, p. 15).
One of Jump Because's founders attended MSU as an undergraduate and we're all proud to see JB featured among other Spartan news!
