"I jump because....... it's Zen. My friend Stew took this photo of me during a skydive over North Shore, Oahu, Hawaii. This is probably one of the most Zen moments I've ever felt in my life. I wasn't thinking about the rent, the dog, the lawn, the laundry, the dirty dishes my girlfriend has been nagging me about, the girlfriend, my mom, my dad, work, or anything else beside the fact that I was screaming expletives at one of my best friends, only inches from my face and knew he couldn't hear a thing. May sound strange but that was one of the most relaxing moments I've ever had in life." - Joshua Oahu, Hawaii

 In November of 2011, we asked jumpers to submit a photo that kept the spirit of Thanksgiving and this quote in mind:

His submission features his family, who was celebrating their first Christmas together in 5 years. As Rick put it, "That was a moment worth jumping." A wonderful JumpBecause story: Jump Because... For a Cause!
In June 2010, JumpBecause hosted a Potluck-for-a-Cause fundraiser to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. People brought amazing food, made fun crafts, participated in a raffle, and listened to great local music... and of course JUMPED! Check out the highlights of our fundraiser on the "Causes" page.
