llanos orientales jump!

"This jump takes place in 'llanos orientales.' More or less one hour from a city called Villavicencio, Meta in Colombia (South America). This water comes from a river and it is used to water a huge land extention full of lemon trees. This guy in the picture's name is Lorenzo. This is his farm. We've been friends for 15 years now. When we have time, we drive from Bogota where I live, to his farm with a bunch of other friends to spend a couple of days there.

This little pool is not deep!!!I was really fricked out when he jumped. I was hoping he wouldn't come out with his face scratched or something. Finally everything went out well. We took a great pic and spend a nice afternoon with our friends." -Nicolas

His submission features his family, who was celebrating their first Christmas together in 5 years. As Rick put it, "That was a moment worth jumping." Jump Because... For a Cause!

In June 2010, JumpBecause hosted a Potluck-for-a-Cause fundraiser to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. People brought amazing food, made fun crafts, participated in a raffle, and listened to great local music... and of course JUMPED! Check out the highlights of our fundraiser on the "Causes" page.
